Health hazard:
Continuous inhalation of high concentrations of vapors can lead to respiratory inflammation and even pulmonary edema. Vapors irritate the eye, and liquid splash into the eye causes conjunctiva and corneal protein denaturation. Skin contact can cause erythema, blisters, or eczema. Oral administration causes gastrointestinal irritation, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and central nervous system inhibition. Chronic effects: liver and kidney damage.
